The research group from FMP, “Consumer Protection as a Fundamental Right,” coordinated by Prof. Dr. Cristina Stringari Pasqual, has organized a Practical Guide on government benefits and programs. It is aimed at individuals who were affected by the floods that impacted Rio Grande do Sul in May.
With the goal of deepening the analysis of consumer protection in the current scenario, the group seeks to understand the practical application of legal norms and judicial decisions in this area. The research aims to identify challenges and propose solutions to improve the protection of consumer rights.
