On the last Tuesday and Wednesday (October 22nd and 23rd), the IX International Seminar on Protections for the Effective Implementation of Non-Disposable Rights was held, organized by the PPGD of FMP. Divided into panels and working groups with the themes “Protections for the Effective Implementation of Unconditional Public Rights” and “Protections for the Effective Implementation of Transindividual Rights,” the event fostered continental integration in law with jurists from various countries.
The Seminar was also supported by: World Association of Constitutional Justice, College of Doctors in Legal Sciences of Ibero-America, Latin American Procedural Lawyers Association, Casation Lawyers Association, National College of Professors of Procedural Law, Postgraduate Program in Law at the Faculty of Higher Studies Acatlán of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Universidad Autónoma de Chiapas, Universidad Católica Nuestra Señora de la Asunción Campus Itapúa, and Politécnico Grancolombiano University Institution.
