The Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público (FMP) won the 11th place in the ranking of the best private Law schools in Brazil, which obtained the best performance in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) Examinations.
The result is part of the Exame de Ordem em Números (Bar Examination in Numbers) survey, carried out by the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and by the Federal Council of the OAB.
The study presents a general overview of the Exame de Ordem Unificado – EOU (Unified Order Exam), reiterating the commitment of the FGV to bring to society consolidated information about the trajectory of the examinations conducted by this Foundation, from II to XXIX editions, including an overview of the performance of Higher Education Institutions in the country.
The exam aims to regulate the entry of qualified professionals into the labor market, acting as an intervention that restricts the negative effects found in heterogeneous markets, always in light of the main arguments that sustain the maintenance of the tender as a prerequisite for the practice of Law in Brazil. Therefore, indirectly, the quality of the education offered by Brazilian Legal Higher Education is verified.
