Documents for enrollment

Check below for the necessary documentation to enroll in our specializations:

– A simple copy of an identification document (must include CPF and place of birth), example: RG, functional identification card;

– Graduation Diploma (notarized copy);

– Provision of Educational Services Agreement (sent by e-mail after enrollment). Delivery of the documentation and the Provision of Services Agreement (after enrollment):

MUST BE SENT BY MAIL to the address: Rua Coronel Genuíno, 421 – 9º andar – Porto Alegre/RS – CEP: 90.010-350, addressed to the Setor de Escrituração e Registro Acadêmico (Academic Bookkeeping and Registry Division). NOTE: you can also deliver your documents in person, at the Setor de Atendimento (Service Sector) of the FMP, located on the 7th floor of the Institution.

Resolution on the final paper

On April 6, 2018, the National Education Council (CNE) published Resolution No. 1/2018, which regulates the offer of lato sensu postgraduate programs, called specializations, within the scope of the Federal Higher Education System, as provided for in Art. 39 of Act No. 9.394/1996. According to this Resolution, to obtain the title of Specialist, it is no longer necessary to carry out the Trabalho de Conclusão (TC, Final Paper). As a result, the FMP, guided by its commitment to providing solid knowledge in Law to those who seek a special and self-sustainable professional qualification, decided to make the realization of the TC optional to all of its students. Postgraduate distance learning students who wish to carry out the TC may find its procedures in the Student Manual (Manual do Aluno), available on the AVA, in Ambientação (Onboarding) during the program.
